1. Provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency;
2. Keep records of tickets from customers and follow up to ensure resolution;
3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
4. Participate in the training held by Customer Service Department and other departments.
1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative; moreover, could accept the shift system;
2. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Turkish and English is required;
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
5. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
